Bike installation is a simple task, you can do by yourself at home with some simple equipment & accessories, its also a lot easier and more fun than you might think!
When you purchase a bike online, the stem part is not installed. You can use tools to install it when you unbox your new bike.
Let's install your own bike stem!
Before starting, lets check out the equipment. We will need to perform this task.
- A set of tools will come with the bike (as you get it online)
1. To take out the plastic cap
& release all screws
Take out the plastic cap at the top
OR
Release all screws on the stem cap
and take out the stem cap
OR
Release all 4 screws and
Put the handlebar on the stem
2. To insert the handlebar / stem
Insert the handlebar into the frame and
the dotted line needs to be inside the frame
OR
Put the handlebar on the stem and
the stem cap back and tighten the screws
(Be aware of the gap at the top, while the bottom should be equal)
3. Tighten up all screws
Use the allen key to tighten all screws,
aligning the handlebar and front wheel
Tighten the top screw when it is aligned

Let's install your own bike pedals!
1. To put some grease
Put some grease on the thread of pedals
2. To install the pedals
(for 15mm pedals)
When we install left / right pedal,
the rotating direction is pointing toward front wheel
The installation of adult's bike is same
Some bike pedal can install by 6mm or 8mm
"Allen-key" instead of 15mm wrench
