If you fancy walking on a beautiful beach and watching the sunrise and sunset by the sea, Ham Tin is a camping spot definitely worth visiting. The camp is located on the east side of Sai Kung Country Park. Hikers should check all the walkable roads around the area that you can access during the camping trip. Ham Tin is one of the 4 beaches in the Tai Long Wan Bay area. Of the 4 beaches, Ham Tin is the best place for camping, as it is the closest to all the facilities and nearby restaurants, surfboards and camping equipment rental facilities. Since it takes a short walk to reach the campsite, it is recommended to rent camping equipment such as tents and sleeping bags after you arrive.
