Goblet Squat

15 reps x 4 sets

Start with your feet shoulder-width apart. Hold the dumbbell vertically at chest level and then squat. Both soles of your feet should be on the ground throughout the exercise. Drive through your feet to return to standing.

Walking Lunge

30 steps x 4 sets

Stand with your feet shoulder width apart and a kettlebell in each hand. Step forward with one leg and allow both knees to bend simultaneously at around 90 degrees without touching the ground. Drive through the front foot and stand up forward. Repeat on the opposite leg and keep walking until the desired repetitions.

Kettlebell Swing

15 reps x 4 sets

Place the kettlebell between your legs and slightly in front of you. Lower yourself to grasp the kettlebell with both hands by pushing your hips backward with the knees slightly bent. Pull the kettlebell back and then drive your hips forward to swing the kettlebell until it reaches shoulder level.

Assisted Pistol Squat

15 reps each side x 4 sets

Grab the handles of the suspension strap and stand with your body facing the strap. Step back until all slack is removed from the suspension straps. Stand with your feet hip-width apart and extend right leg out in front of you without touching the ground. Let the arms fully extended and then squat down with your left leg. Drive through the left foot to return to standing
